Welcome to Ivonne Howe's Web Page

My name is Ivonne Falto  Howe.  I was born in Manati, Puerto Rico.  My father was Alberto Falto y Rivera of Leguisamo, Mayaguez  and my mother is Emily Padilla y Rodriguez of Perenales,  Cabo Rojo. My father  passed away Dec 19, 1994, and is buried in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  My mother Emily is living in Cayey, Puerto Rico with my sister Evelyn Falto Rivera.  So as you can tell, our family has been around the island.

My husband Richard T. Howe is from Portland Maine, yes I know I married a Maniac.   He is very, very good to me!. How did somebody from Puerto Rico meet somebody from Maine, that was living in Orem, Utah?

I met him  in Newark, New Jersey, he  just came back from Viet Nam., and I had recently joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint, or so called the "Mormons". It was love at first sight!

We have 2 sons David Howe and Anthony Blu Howe.  David Howe is married to a beautiful Native American Apache maiden, Lisa and they have given us two grandchildren, "Kyle and Alexandra". Tony is married to Kimberley, and they have had one girl with a boy on the way.

My main goal is to share what I have with others, to help them link and bond with their ancestors. To leave a written account of their past relatives to their families to come.   What greater gift can we leave our posterity than to leave an account of ours lives and our  forefathers.  This could be done  in a journal or a family Bible or in a diskette or even as a web page.
